Spinning ClassSpin Classes

Spinning is a fun exercise to music class solely on exercise bikes and is great for all levels of fitness. Spinning has a vast range of benefits burning 800+ calories per class, toning muscles, helping to lose inches, relieve stress, improve overall strength and increase cardiovascular endurance just to name a few.

Circuit TrainingCircuit Training

A highly effective full body workout. Our circuit classes alternate aerobic stations with muscle resistance stations. Aimed at improving cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. Get your heart pumping and your body moving. Suitable for all levels.

This is a 45 minute class designed to build core stability as you strengthen and tone your abs, back and lower body, as well as improving overall posture.

This exercise class does exactly what it says on the tin. This is an exercise class to music focusing on toning up the legs, bum and stomach areas.
